Our two halls in Vrchlabí hold 66 lockable units from 1 m² to 7.4 m². A 12-month rental gives the best price; shorter rentals cost more per month.

Good to know
- Prices exclude VAT. For private individuals and non-VAT-registered businesses the price is final; VAT payers are invoiced the price + 21 % VAT.
- The minimum rental period is 3 months. Rentals always start on the 1st or 15th of the month.
- The first and last month are paid in advance when signing the contract; further payments are made by bank transfer against an invoice.
- Online card payment is not available yet.
- After you send a reservation we hold the unit for you for 48 hours.
- Currently available units are shown in the calculator and floor plan on the home page.

Pricing FAQ
Why is a shorter rental more expensive?
The base price applies to a 12-month rental. For 6 months the monthly price is 10 % higher, for 3 months 20 % higher (rounded up to the nearest 10 CZK).
Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. For private individuals and non-VAT-registered businesses the stated price is final; VAT payers are charged 21 % VAT on top.
How do I pay?
The first and last month of rent are paid in advance when signing the contract. Further payments are made by bank transfer in CZK against an invoice (with a QR code), or in cash.
Can I rent for less than 3 months?
No, the minimum rental period is 3 months.
