Self-storage is renting a lockable unit you can access 24/7. You rent a box, get the keys, and can store or retrieve your belongings anytime. You pay monthly rent and have complete freedom in when and how often you use the storage.

It depends on what you want to store. For tires and a few boxes, a ~1 m² unit is enough. For furniture from one room, count on ~3-4 m². For a whole apartment or larger move, we recommend ~7 m². Not sure? Call us, we'll advise.

Practically anything – furniture, seasonal equipment (skis, bikes), sports gear, documents, business inventory, personal items. Cannot store: flammables, explosives, hazardous chemicals, perishable food, and live animals.

Minimum rental period is 3 months. A 12-month rental is the best value at the base price; a 6-month rental costs 10% more per month and a 3-month rental 20% more. You can terminate the contract with one month's notice.

The facility is monitored by CCTV 24/7. Building entry is through an electronic AirLock system. Each unit has its own lock – only you have the keys, no one else can access your belongings.

Spaces are climate-controlled and all units have wire mesh extensions ensuring natural ventilation. This prevents moisture buildup and keeps your belongings in good condition year-round.

When signing the contract, you pay the first and last month upfront. Further payments are made by bank transfer based on an invoice. Prices exclude VAT – for private customers and non-VAT-registered businesses they are final; VAT-registered businesses pay VAT on top.

On the home page, pick a free unit on the hall plan, the rental period and a start day (always the 1st or 15th of the month). Then just enter your name, e-mail and phone; Czech companies enter their company ID (IČO) and we fill in the rest from the ARES register. We hold the unit for 48 hours and get in touch to sign the contract.

To book, only your name, e-mail and phone. We'll complete your address (for companies the registered office and company IDs) together when signing the lease.

Rentals always start on the 1st or the 15th day of the month. You choose the date when booking.
